I am Brenda Thompson,
a Certified Professional Life Coach based in Minnesota.

I am a passionate follower of Jesus and believe
in living every moment to the absolute fullest, I am always striving to make the most of every opportunity! I am currently working towards my master’s in counseling at Townsend Institute through Concordia University. I have a B.S. in Exercise Science and have worked as an adjunct professor at WSU, as well as a personal trainer, and a trainer of trainers. I had the pleasure of earning my Christian Coach Certification through Christian Coach Institute, an ICF certified school.

A process of exploring your strengths, talents, spiritual gifts, and life experiences to bring clarity to the meaning and purpose of your life. An intentional approach to achieving goals and overcoming obstacles.

Transformational Life Coaching Is Not

Counseling, legal advice, or treatment for mental illness.

**Payment for individual and package sessions are due at least 24 hours before a scheduled session. I accept Venmo, Zelle, cash, or check.
